A beautiful, yes an extremely beautiful song from movie “Didi” sung expertly by Sudha Malhotra and Mukesh and composed by Sudha Malhotra as well, this remains one of my favourite Sahir songs.  Video attached at the bottom:

Sudha:
tum mujhe bhool bhi jaao to ye haq hai tumko

As far as I’m concerned, I adore this qit’a.  It’s from the movie Pyasa (1957, Guru Dutt), exceptionally sung by Mohd. Rafi

Gham is qadr baRhe k maiN ghabraa ke pee gayaa
is dil ki bebasii pe, taras khaa ke pee gayaa!
