Where can I find the original text in Urdu?
Thank you for Sahir’s poetry — it’s an immense service to not only Urdu literature but to the world whose revolution was Sahir’s passion..

Zainab,
You are right, that line is brilliant. This whole nazm is brilliant, in fact I love everything Sahir wrote, his thoughts, his passionate words are just enough to stir anybody’s (with an inclination) heart.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the text in Urdu available but I will be able to send it to you by scanning the page out of my book.
Regards
Amit

Amit,
I’ll be most indebted if you could do so, for it’s rather difficult to come by his poems in Toronto, unless you can suggest a store..
bahut shukriya, badi meherbani
Prayers,
-Zainab.
